  • Zara Larsson - Girls Trip DLX [CD]

[Release Date: September 4, 2026] Multi-platinum chart-topping global pop powerhouse Zara Larsson kicks her boldest era into overdrive with her heavily anticipated new album Midnight Sun: Girls Trip. Created over the last year with frequent collaborator MNEK, alongside producer Margo XS and songwriter Helena Gao, this album is her best work-to-date. Its storytelling bursts with truth and vulnerability, plumbing the depth and growth of Zara’s artistry and journey over nearly 20 years in the public eye. It’s an ablum unafraid to show all sides of the 27-year old; lovestruck, wistful, ambitious, cocky, flippant, and uncertain, often in the same breath. -------- Release dates are subject to change. We are not responsible for pressing delays. This limited edition 20-track edition contains the original Midnight Sun album, plus 10 additional reimagined versions. (EPIC)

  • Can - Live in Arles [CD]

[Release Date: Sept. 25, 2026] Recorded on a sultry hot August night at the Roman Amphitheatre, Théâtre Antique d’Arles, Schmidt recalls, “I remember a very beautiful atmosphere. It was a summer night in the South of France, everybody was stoned and the atmosphere was very special”. This incredible recording mirrors the gauzy ambience of the evening. Can Live in Arles 1975 features the core line up of Irmin Schmidt, Jaki Liebezeit, Michael Karoli, and Holger Czukay. The concert, with Nico & Kevin Ayres as well as Ash Ra Tempel supporting, is remembered by two fans – including the author / journalist Pascal Bussy – for the sleeve notes, which also feature a translation of a French magazine article from the time. The new album is the latest in a series of live recordings that have been unearthed from the Spoon Records vaults and from fan recordings, then painstakingly assembled by founding member Irmin Schmidt and producer / engineer René Tinner.

  • Chat Pile - Who Loves The Sun [CD]

[Release Date: Sept. 4, 2026] In a world increasingly shaped by disposable content, Chat Pile answer with something defiantly real and organic, a mentality that permeates Who Loves The Sun, their third full-length record. Since the band's formation just over six years ago, the Oklahoma City-based quartet Chat Pile has grown from a scrappy passion project into one of the defining heavy acts to emerge from the 2020s underground. Ray B. (vocals), L. Manhole (guitar), Stin (bass), and Cap'n Ron (drums) create a crushing, crass, and cathartic take on noise rock that captures a raw, undeniably human essence in an age marked by technological overreach and the cold state of society. Nothing about Who Loves The Sun feels synthetic.

As the title implies, the 14-track collection is deeply informed by loss. It comes in different varieties, some belonging to Bareilles, some borrowed in service of beautiful storytelling. Sometimes the loss is more one of equilibrium or the inability to search for silver linings in storm clouds. But as the title also implies Good Grief has, even at its darkest depth, a glimmering golden lifeline that runs through the album pointing toward hope on the surface. “My deepest hope,” Sara says, “is that Good Grief just provides some kind of comfort or catharsis for somebody. It feels like it's really close to me and my hope is that people feel closer to themselves listening to this record.”
